We'll help you get to know your new homeWe also include a Homeowner's Orientation once your new home is complete. Paul will show you how everything works - from the mechanicals and appliances to the warranties, how to care for your new home, and tips for ongoing energy conservation. Our service team will visit you after 30 days and again at the one year mark to ensure your satisfaction. We will also proactively contact you at other intervals throughout the year, above and beyond what other builders do, to keep the lines of communication open, answer any questions that you may have and resolve any issues that may arise. However given the extraordinary effort we put into building our homes right the first time, you may need little or nothing at all from our customer service team.
