Owners of freehold homes and condominium units with a date of possession on or after September 1, 2005 can submit this Statutory Warranty Form to Tarion during the first 30 days of possession of a new home. Please refer to pages 11 and 12 of the Homeowner Information Package published in August 2005 (see back cover for publication date) for details on how to complete and submit this form properly.
